It is hard to believe, but some claim they are able to silence their hearts and listen solely to their minds. Many times I have claimed to do so as well, and many times I have proven myself wrong. Often I find myself acting in an irrational way and only after committing the crime do I realize that what have been done is the direct result of stormy emotions that have little to do with logic. It would be logical to assume that separating the heart from the mind, if possible at all, will make the process of logical analysis and reaction more fluent and accurate, but is it possible that silencing the heart to facilitate logic is actually most illogical?
